**Important**: If an error regarding size, color or address was made by the customer, unfortunately we will not be able to accept a return or exchange. So take the time to check all the information carefully before confirming your order.
 
 
#### **2. In case of an error on our part**
 
If the error comes from **EasyFits** (incorrect product, size or color sent different from your order):
 
– You have **7 days** after receiving the package to report the problem to us via our email **easyfits54@gmail.com** with:
 
– Proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email).
 
– A clear photo or video showing the error (incorrect product, defect, etc.).
 
– **Return procedure**:
 
– The customer must return the product to the address that will be communicated to him by our customer service.
 
– **Return costs**: The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
 
 – **Compensation** :
 
– Once the product is returned and verified, we will offer the customer a **30% discount** on their next order. This discount will be sent in the form of a promotional code that can be used on their next purchase.
